Coverage at a glance
We partner directly with manufacturers to ensure each device is authentic and protected. Your proof of purchase from DOe Resources activates warranty coverage the moment an order ships.
- Apple devices include a standard 12-month limited warranty covering hardware defects.
- Accessories feature a 6-month warranty unless the product page states otherwise.
- Extended AppleCare protection plans can be added during checkout or within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items purchased online or in-store. To keep the process smooth, make sure your product meets these guidelines:
- The device is in like-new condition with original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- Software, digital content, and personalized engravings are non-returnable once activated or opened.
- Opened accessories must include all components and show no signs of wear or liquid damage.
How to start a return or warranty claim
- Sign in to your DOe Resources account and visit Orders > View Details, then choose Request Return.
- Select the items you are returning, include clear photos if damage is involved, and confirm your preferred resolution.
- We will email a prepaid shipping label or schedule a pickup within 1 business day for eligible claims.
- For in-store purchases, bring the item and receipt to any DOe Resources location for immediate assistance.
Refunds, replacements, and repairs
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will complete the requested action as quickly as possible. Credits post to your original payment method; exchanges ship out once inventory is confirmed.
- Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Replacement devices ship within 2 business days of approval, subject to stock availability.
- Warranty repairs are handled by certified technicians and typically take 7–10 business days.
