Accessing or using any DOe Resources service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and contact support for help completing existing orders.

You must be at least 18 years old—or have documented parental consent—to create an account and complete purchases. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized activity.

• Use strong, unique passwords and enable multi-factor authentication when available.

Product availability, pricing, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that we believe were submitted in error, are fraudulent, or violate these Terms.

• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully authorized through our approved gateways.
• We will contact you if an item becomes unavailable or if additional verification is required.

Delivery timelines vary by location and stock availability. Orders include tracking where possible. Once delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to you.

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days for eligible items in original condition. Warranty claims follow the manufacturer’s policy; we provide assistance coordinating repairs or replacements.

You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or user accounts. DOe Resources may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, DOe Resources is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
